Bulk into every language

You mark what should be translated: single articles, whole categories, the entire blog. You choose the target languages: DE, EN, FR, ES, IT, more on request. Omneya translates in the background and hands you the results for approval. "We really should do French at some point" turns into a job that runs overnight.

The glossary protects your brand

Brand names, product names, technical terms and legal wording must never be translated. You maintain a glossary per language holding the "terms that stay as they are". Omneya respects that glossary in every translation. Your own preferred renderings live in the glossary too and are applied consistently: if "use case" is always to be translated with the same word and never with a synonym, Omneya keeps to it.

A quality score per translation

Omneya rates every translation with a quality score: how confident is the model? Low scores are flagged and sent into the review workflow, high scores can publish automatically. You set the threshold, cautious (review everything) or bold (anything above 90% goes live straight away). You can take spot checks whenever you want.

Review workflow for native speakers

You define one reviewer per language. Translations land in their queue with the source text, the suggestion and the glossary notes. Accept, adjust, reject: all in the browser, without passing spreadsheets back and forth. The reviewer sees the context (article image, category, earlier texts) and can decide on a sound basis. Approved translations go live at once.

Re-translation when the source changes

You change the German source text of an article. Omneya notices the change and suggests an updated translation in every target language, as a diff against the existing one. You see straight away what changed and can review only the passages that moved. No more linguistic drift between source and target language.

Versioning as an audit trail

Every translation is stored together with the model, the glossary version and the reviewer. At any point you can trace who approved which translation and when. That matters for compliance, legal texts and regulated industries.
