Vouchers and discounts are your most flexible tool, provided they are built properly. Omneya gives you a campaign system that covers the usual cases: from the welcome code for new customers to the gift card at Christmas.

Codes with conditions that actually bite

A voucher is more than a string. Omneya allows conditions per code: minimum order value, valid only in category X, only for first-time buyers, only for premium members, only in the DACH region, only in combination with a newsletter sign-up. You set the conditions with a few clicks in the admin panel, no coding required.

Single-use or multi-use

Single-use codes for personalised campaigns (every customer gets their own code by email). Multi-use codes for broad campaigns (the same code for everyone, with a limit). Automatic generation for 10,000 codes at the push of a button, per influencer, per channel, per campaign.

Gift cards with a remaining balance

Do you sell gift cards? Omneya manages the remaining balance per card: €100 loaded, €35 redeemed, €65 left. The customer carries on using it on the next order. GDPR compliant, with a redemption history.

Time-controlled campaign discounts

Black Friday discount from Thursday 00:00 to Monday 23:59 on every article in the electronics category. You plan the campaign, Omneya switches it on and off automatically, so there are no forgotten discounts still running after the campaign has ended.

Combinable or exclusive

Per code you define whether it may be combined with other codes or works exclusively. Newsletter code plus category code: yes or no? Together with the regular customer discount: yes or no? Controllable down to the single code, so you do not give away margin by accident.

Affiliate and influencer tracking

Codes with commission tracking per influencer: a customer uses the code "ANNA10", and Omneya tracks how many orders came in with it, how much revenue they made and what commission is due to Anna. Commissions are settled per period, with an export for accounting.

Reporting at the push of a button
