Every channel feeds the pipeline
Contact form, shop registration, landing page, API, CSV import or business card: each of them creates a lead and places it in a stage of your pipeline.
Lead tracking software that puts every enquiry from forms, imports or business cards into your sales pipeline and turns won deals into customers.
A new inquiry. And who's taking care of it?
Inbox, sticky notes, spreadsheet. That's how an inquiry gets lost.
In Omneya, every lead lands in your pipeline, via form, import or business card.
You see hot leads and new inquiries right away.
And once the deal is won, one click turns the lead into a customer.

Lead tracking software collects every enquiry in one place, gives it an owner and follows it stage by stage until the deal is closed, instead of leaving it in an inbox or a spreadsheet. In Omneya every lead lands in your sales pipeline, whether it comes in through a form, an import or a scanned business card. Hot and new leads are visible straight away, and once a deal is won, one click turns the lead into a customer.
Contact form, shop registration, landing page, API, CSV import or business card: each of them creates a lead and places it in a stage of your pipeline.
The cockpit shows hot leads sorted by value, everything that came in over the last 24 hours, your tasks for today and what is overdue.
On conversion Omneya carries over name, company, contact details, address and VAT number with its validation status. The customer is ready for a quote, an order and an invoice straight away.
Enquiries rarely get lost in one big way. One comes in through the contact form late on a Friday, lands in a shared inbox, and on Monday everyone assumes someone else replied. A business card from the trade fair is still in a jacket pocket. The prospect who wanted a quote three weeks ago sits in column F of a spreadsheet, “follow up”, with no date.
The easiest way to show how Omneya tracks leads is to follow a single one. Say you meet a buyer at a trade fair.
Tuesday, at the stand. She hands you her card. You take a photo with your phone, an AI reads name, company, job title, email, phone and address and fills in the form. You add “interested in bulk packs” and save. The lead sits in the stage “New”.
Tuesday evening. Omneya has assigned it to a colleague in sales, in turn, the way it is set up. Had she already got in touch through the contact form, Omneya would have caught the duplicate by her email address.
Wednesday. Your colleague calls her. If telephony is set up, through Twilio, sipgate or Telnyx, they dial straight from the lead. Afterwards they set the temperature to hot, add a follow-up for Friday and drag the lead into the stage “Quote”. That stage requires a deal value, so they enter one.
Friday. The follow-up comes due. Her reply has arrived by email in the meantime, and Omneya has pulled it from the mailbox and attached it to the lead.
Two weeks later. The deal is won. One click on “convert to customer”, and the lead becomes a customer with billing address, contacts and VAT number including its validation status. The lead moves to “Won” and its history stays intact.
The trade fair is just one route. Enquiries from your contact form, shop registrations and sign-ups on a landing page become leads automatically, and abandoned carts can come in as leads too. Other systems deliver through an API, and a list from your old CRM comes in by CSV import, with a preview before anything is saved. For enquiries from the web, Omneya records where the consent came from.
The cockpit shows hot leads sorted by value, everything from the last 24 hours, your tasks for today and what is overdue. The sales pipeline itself is a board with your stages as columns. You create the stages yourself, with a colour, a win probability and required fields. For lost leads you record the reason. The dashboard shows the weighted value of the pipeline, deal value times probability, and how long leads sit in each stage.
For whoever runs sales, the cockpit also shows the whole team’s incoming leads and the ones where the agreed response time has passed. If you want Omneya to hand out new leads, it can do that in turn or to whoever has the fewest open leads at the moment.
If someone asks what you have stored about them, you export their data from the lead. If they want to be deleted, you anonymise them.
The interface works with one pipeline; you cannot set up separate pipelines for different parts of the business there. The board shows the number of leads per column, and the value totals are in the dashboard. Business card scanning and AI scoring need an AI service to be set up, and scoring only runs when you start it. On conversion, contact and address details come across; product interest and quotes you carry on yourself.
Want to try it? Create three stages in a test system, import a few leads and convert one of them. Every feature is on the leads module page. If you are comparing sales pipeline software, the point here is that leads, customers and orders share one record. Plans are on the pricing page.
Lead tracking means recording prospects separately from your customer base, keeping track of where each one stands in the sales process and following up on who gets back to whom and when. It shows you which enquiry is at which stage, what it is worth and what has to happen next.
Every lead has a temperature: hot, warm or cold. You set it yourself or run the AI scoring, which returns a score from 0 to 100, a temperature and the reasoning behind it, at the click of a button. Omneya does not score leads automatically in the background.
You take a photo of the card, an AI reads name, company, job title, email, phone and address and fills in the form. You check it and save. Which AI service does this is up to you in the settings, and a self-hosted model works too.
Omneya spots duplicates by matching email address or phone number. You merge them or ignore them. If you prefer, the system does not create a new lead at all for an email address it already knows.
