Mirakl powers a growing family of marketplaces, from Galeries Lafayette to Decathlon and Conrad. With Omneya you connect one or several of them, and each marketplace is its own connection with its own settings.

Every five minutes Omneya fetches new orders, reports shipping and tracking numbers back and syncs your offers. Price, a time-limited special price and the freely available stock go out. Freely available means stock on hand minus reservations and blocked quantities. If the goods sit in a warehouse that is not public, Omneya reports zero.

To prevent overselling you set a safety buffer per connection, which is subtracted from the stock, and a maximum quantity per offer (default 20 units). Omneya uploads invoices for marketplace orders automatically, reports returns as refunds, and you read and answer customer messages right in the system.

Warehouse : The freely available stock is reported, meaning reserved and blocked quantities are subtracted.
Orders : Mirakl orders arrive as regular orders, shipping and tracking number go back automatically.
Invoices : The invoice of a Mirakl order is uploaded once it has been created.

Known limitations

Only the invoice is uploaded automatically. Cancellation and correction invoices as well as credit notes are not sent automatically.
Returns are only reported from the moment return reporting is switched on, older returns are left out.
